1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

1.1 Use of this Site implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below. Therefore, before using this Site and placing an Order, you should read these specifications carefully, as they govern your use of this Site, all services and information materials on it, and the conditions under which you may buy SZEL-MOB furniture products.

1.2 SZEL-MOB reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. Definitions

Buyer - legal entity or any legal entity that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order;

3. Create an Account. Placing Orders.

a. the obligatory fields corresponding to the name of the company, the fiscal code and the address of the headquarters;

b. the required field corresponding to the e-mail address;

c. the mandatory fields corresponding to the 10-digit national mobile phone number and the name of the contact person;

d. the mandatory field corresponding to the password;

3.3 The generation of the Account will be confirmed to the User by an e-mail containing the authentication data of the User. By creating and using the Account, the User assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of Account data (user and password) and managing access to the Account the measure permitted by the legislation in force, is responsible for the activity carried out through his Account.

3.4 The seller reserves the right to refuse any customer.

Placing Orders

3.5 After placing the Order, the Buyer will receive a notification from the Seller regarding the receipt of the Order. This notification will usually be made electronically (e-mail), but may be made by the Seller and by telephone, followed by a written notification sent by e-mail, depending on the particularities of the Order.

3.6 SZEL-MOB reserves the right to restrict the access of Users in order to place an Order if it considers that its actions could harm the Seller.

3.7 SZEL-MOB makes every effort to ensure that all information published on the Site regarding the description of the Products (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations, etc.) provides a real and correct display of the images and information related to the Products.

3.8 SZEL-MOB may publish on the Site information about Promotional Campaigns applicable in a certain period of time, within the available stock.

4. Prices. Payment methods

4.1 All prices of the Products presented on the Site are expressed in EURO and do not include VAT.

4.2 Payment will be made by bank transfer, 30% of the value of the Order in advance, and the rest must be made 5 days before the delivery date. The seller will not order the delivery of the Order until the payment of the Products are not paid properly.

5. Delivery of Orders

5.1 Orders accepted by the Seller, and confirmed by the Buyer, will be prepared for delivery within the term indicated on the PROFORM A invoice.

5.2 If, due to technological problems of the Seller the ordered goods cannot be delivered in full at the agreed deadline, the Seller is obliged to notify before the date of delivery to the Buyer by e-mail, stating the deadline for delivery integral.

5.3 The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place stipulated in the contract, and to transfer to the Buyer the ownership over the products, only after the collection of the entire established price.

5.4 The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Products and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.

5.5 The delivery condition is ex-factory Seller - EX Works Incoterms .

6. Product Warranty

6.1 The warranty is valid only for its period of validity and only if the Products are used properly, according to the manufacturer's instructions:

The furniture produced by SZEL-MOB is made of solid wood, respectively fir or oak. As wood is a natural material, SZEL-MOB furniture is always unique and special. Fibers, rings and knots are the special characteristics of wood that make it unique and special, which is why no two pieces of furniture are perfectly identical. Because wood is constantly changing, and the color and structure of wooden furniture change over the years, if you want to keep the original features of the Products as long as possible, as well as eliminate the risk of damage, you need to take proper care of it, in accordance with the following, so that you can enjoy SZEL-MOB furniture for an extended time:

• Do not cover solid wood furniture with materials that do not allow air circulation, as the wood will crack if it cannot ventilate.

• Do not keep the furniture in a room where the humidity changes a lot, we recommend the relative humidity between 55-65%, to avoid cracks, twists. In conditions of high humidity, solid wood furniture absorbs moisture and expands.

• The optimum temperature at which the furniture does not produce cracks is between 18-22 ° .

• When placing furniture in your room, avoid damp places or damp walls.

• Protect furniture from direct contact with high temperature bodies such as radiators, fireplaces or hot pots.

• Do not expose the furniture to direct contact with sunlight, which in the long run will cause discoloration or cracking.

• Solid wood furniture does not tolerate moisture. If liquid is spilled on the surface of the furniture, immediately wipe the furniture with a dry cotton cloth.

• Moisture and temperature changes will cause cracks in the furniture, damage, change of finish.

• The galvanized countertop oxidizes and changes its original color due to moisture or prolonged contact with water or other liquids.

• Furniture with a lacquered finish may have a characteristic acrylic odor, which will disappear with adequate ventilation of the space in which it is located.

• If the furniture surface becomes heavily soiled, clean it with a soft cloth soaked in water or non-abrasive detergent, then wipe with a dry cloth in the direction of the fibers. The use of cleaning products containing chemical solvents or alcohol is prohibited.

• Protect the wood surface from contact with sharp objects and shocks.

• When transporting, we recommend choosing additional packaging to protect the furniture from possible handling or movement along the route.

• Do not move or push the furniture.

• Cracks, small signs of wear or scratches caused by the use of the furniture are normal signs of wear that cannot be avoided with the use of the furniture, and the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for them.

6.2 Defects covered by the warranty are remedied by repair, replacement of the components in question or, in some cases, even of the Product. The warranty covers only material defects or manufacturing defects that may occur during the warranty period. Defects due to incorrect transport, storage, installation, use or maintenance, errors or modifications made by the installer and / or the Buyer are not covered by the warranty.

6.3 In case of defects that the Buyer considers to be covered by the warranty, he will send to the Seller a written complaint, which w ill describe the defect found /encountered together with related pictures, which will clearly present the notified problem. SZEL-MOB undertakes that within max. 5 working days from the receipt of the complaint to analyze it and to be responsible regarding the ways of solving it.

6.4 The quality controller of SZEL-MOB will analyze the case to determine whether or not it is covered by the warranty and will make a decision on how to solve the problem.

6.5 Replacement with a new Product of the unsuitable, damaged one, respectively the refund of its equivalent value will be made only if the repair, respectively the replacement are not possible, based on the written agreement of the Seller. As a consequence. any claims of the Buyer to refund the value of the Product or to exchange it with another Product will be accepted only if the Seller has not had the possibility of repairing or replacing the Product subject to warranty.

7. Processing of personal data

7.1 SZEL-MOB and its proxies process personal data, in accordance with Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as personal data controller. SZEL-MOB will ensure the full confidentiality of personal data processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Accessing and browsing the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cookie Use Policy.

8. Confidentiality

All communications, materials or non-personal data that you transmit through this Site / forms available on it, by email or other means, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions and / or other similar data, are and will be treated as non-confidential by SZEL-MOB. Everything you send or post to us on the Site may be used by SZEL-MOB, through reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, dissemination and posting or similar operations, without payment of a consideration or any amount of money by SZEL-MOB.
